Purchases covered
SC Study Rap sells USD credit packs: $7.99 for 10 credits, $29 for 50, and $69 for 150. Pack credits do not expire. Basic is $19.90 monthly with 40 credits per billing period; Pro is $49.90 monthly with 120. Subscription credits apply only to the current period and do not roll over.
Seven-day refund window
Request a refund within seven days of purchase for a completely unused credit pack. For a subscription, request within seven days of the first payment and before using any of the first period’s credits. We assess eligibility against the payment and credit records. Partly used packs, partly used subscription periods and subscription renewals are not covered by this standard refund promise. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights or remedies for billing errors or service failures under applicable law.
How to request a refund
Email support@scstudy.site from your account email address. Include the payment or order reference, purchase date and reason; do not send full card details. This opens a support request for review. There is no automatic refund button or guaranteed instant approval. We will communicate the decision and any information needed through the support request. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible; provider and bank processing times vary. Credits associated with a refunded purchase are removed.
Cancel a subscription
Cancel the subscription through the available billing controls, or contact support if you cannot access them. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not itself request or grant a refund. Your current-period rights and remaining period credits remain available until the billing period ends. Unused subscription credits then expire. Independently purchased pack credits remain permanent unless refunded.
Failed generation and reserved credits
Render errors, timeouts and safety rejections return the credits reserved for that generation. A returned credit reservation is not a cash refund and does not cancel your subscription. If a return is missing, email support with the job identifier so the payment and generation records can be checked. Successful generation does not guarantee a particular artistic result.
